It is with an extremely heavy heart that Ashville Football Club announces the departure of Ian White as Sporting Director.

Ian has been with Ashville for the last 4 years as a First Team Coach, Assistant Manager and finally as Sporting Director. Beyond his role though Ian has become a close friend to many at the club as well as one of our biggest supporters. Words can’t even begin to do justice for the amazing work Ian has done to help develop players at all levels of the club or for the impact he had in helping the club progress away from the playing side. This was exemplified by his last gift to Ashville, becoming our brand new third shirt front of shirt sponsor. This deal brought in much needed revenue into the club and for that we will be eternally grateful.

We hope to see Ian back at Ray Parker Stadium, in the stand cheering on the lads, in the future. For now though, enjoy putting your feet up Ian, you’ve earned it.
