We can today confirm the signing of midfielder Ben Dooley from Runcorn Town

The highly praised 22 year old former Preston North End scholar is another boost to an already very talented Ashville side as Steven Scott aims to bring silverware to Wallasey

Dooley has linked up with the squad over recent weeks and has been left impressed with his new surroundings: “The club are a group who is very welcoming from the players to the staff, nobody was shy to welcome me aboard”.

The lure of Ashville’s talent and ambition was too much to say no to with the 22 year old adding: “Ashville is a club where I can find myself enjoying football whilst being involved in a good group of players staff and committee whilst also putting smiles on the fans faces.
